- Get your numbers.I'll point you to a lender to see what fits you. I'm not a lender, so I won't guess at what you'll be approved for.
- We tour.I'll tell you what to look at besides the paint: the roof, the systems, the HOA documents, the commute at your hours, and (in the outer counties) the well and septic.
- We make an offer and handle the details.Inspections, paperwork, the deadlines. You'll always know the next step.

Not always. How much you need depends on the loan. A lender can tell you what fits your situation. I'm not a lender, so I'll introduce you and we'll work from your real numbers.
Do I need to sell my house first?
It depends on your finances and your timeline. Some people sell first, some buy first, some do both close together. We'll map the safest order for you before you make any offers.
Do I need to work with an agent to see homes?
